Budget Reactions

So I really didn't know I was going to be spending that much money. Also I realized I'm going to have to work at least 40 hours a week so I can make in my college life. I also realized that I'm basically living on my own and there's a lot more freedom that come with that. This budget also helped me realize I have to manage my money instead of just spending money her and there. I'm pretty good with managing my money right now so the budget just helped me a little more cause it was a lot more different things my money is going into. Right now I need to learn how to say no to things and limit my spending. I need to understand the differences between mt needs and my wants! I could also start saving money so I can have a lot by the time I start college so it wont be so hard at first. I'm ready for college and take on the challenges it brings.

  1. This is good stuff! Limiting spending, finding an affordable place to live, and saving up money are some of the best things you can do to prepare, and its good to hear that you are ready to take on the responsibility. Best of luck to you, Richard!

  2. I also did not know what kind of money it would take. There is not much room to relax when you have such a tight budget. I agree that the transition will be hard.

  3. Limiting your spending is obviously a great way of saving money. It is easier said than done. I also have a hard time with this.
